Juche was all about self reliance. I have 0 doubt that NK will continue to cooperate with South Korea, as a generalized goal is to improve the NK economy.

It just doesn't want large scale military movements on its border or internal interference from the border.

Most countries have missile sites. NK definitely has missiles, it only committed to getting rid of its nuclear weapons, not getting rid of all its missiles. Again now, its the US saying that even though NK got rid of its nuclear test facilities and launch sites, now we will force them to get rid of all their long range missiles, then all their intermediate, then their chemical and biological weapons.. we all know what follows that, a US invasion. It is just a game of mission creep. It really puts the credibility of the US to negotiate at face value in the dumps. If it was nuclear weapons for removal of sanctions leave it at that. It is not fair dealings when you comply with the nuclear weapons then they are doing a pat down on you looking for any other weapons. it just looks bad.
