Questions on building small solar generator

I just scored a free 15 watt solar panel from my coworker. Im wanting to build a small little generator that i could use to charge my phone or radios or whatever.

I have the panel and i understand that i also need a solar charge controller, battery, and inverter

I think between the panel that i have and these following products, i may be able to build a compact generator to charge a Baofeng UV-5R radio

(In another post I learned that this specific battery would be insufficient, so I’m wondering what would I need?)
