Diy garden blend seasoning salt

Late fall I gleam the vegetable & herb garden for various herbs & vegetables.
(cabbage, tomatoes, beets, bell peppers, mild hot peppers, etc.)

The slice thin & dehydrate (rock hard).
Crush, then pulse in a food processor into small bits.

Add micro/macro trace minerals, dry lemon vest, vitamin C powder, small amount of Himalayan pink salt.

Then store the fairy BLAND seasoning in one (1) gallon jars.

Then as time allows CUSTOM BLEND quarts into various flavors, Tex/Mex, garlic/onion, lemon/pepper, etc., by adding other concentrated seasonings.

Easy, inexpensive, stores well & can be blended into any flavor you prefer.
