Teardrop Interior Galley vs Exterior

Good question. I don't know the answer but I'm trying to figure it out as well as I'm trying to design a small slid in camper for a flatbed truck.

Personally, I'm leaning towards exterior just because I don't really feel an urgent need to cook inside when on the road compared to having more interior space for sleep and stuff.
