100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Liquor Wafers - LTS?

Hello all!
I've searched, but have not found an answer so I'm hoping someone here might have a little insight...
100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Liquor Wafers - I know that they'll be good for a couple of years as is, but what about long term? Is there a way to store them? Mylar & o2 packs? Or do I need to just "rotate" them through as a shorter/mid-term storage?
