How to speak Millenial

I think we've all pretty much heard these words used in millenial chatter all over the US of A. Am I missing anything?? My poor old English Teacher must be rolling over in her grave..

"These ones?" Ugh. That's a mistake I can't handle.

"Know what I'm sayin" Ummhh, you haven't said anything yet but, you lead a sentence off with that..

"I was like "Bro, what was you thinkin?" "And he was like "What Foo?" "and I was like "You feel me bro?"

And then there's the "vocal grinding" the gals like to use "What eveeerrrrrrrrrrrr..rrrr.rrrrr"

Oh yeah, can't forget "I know, right?"
