Anyone have a good chicken kelaguen recipe?

Tried my hand at this the other night. My girls loved it.

Marinated chicken thighs in:
soy sauce
lemon juice
some sliced up jalapeno
garlic
onion and green onion
black pepper

Grilled the chicken thighs over charcoal, cut it up and combined it with sauce just like i marinated it in. Turned out good!
