UV plastic glues

I ran into an ad for 5-Second Fix/Fill/Seal/Repair UV Light Glue Liquid-Plastic Welding Tool Pen UV curing plastic liquid and noticed that it came from dental materials.

Stuff sells for between $5 and $20 for an applicator for various types of UV curing liquid plastic.

I have emergency dental paste but have heard the stuff dries out and has a shelf life.

Wondering if anyone has more information on this stuff for emergency field expedient dental?

You use it with a dental curing light and it sets in 4 or 5 seconds.
