Tapco Mag Carrying

I have a quick question. What's the best way to carry Tapco SKS mags, the duckbills?

I found a chest rig for sale but the company appears to be offline. Strikehard Gear.

Do you guys know of any reasonable alternative? Even some triple pouches would be great but I can't find them.
