Actinic KeratosesI have tried flourouricil and SunSpot ES to treat actinic keratoses on my scalp but the spots linger. I read on the NCBI website that topical melatonin might have some success. I have been dissolving a couple of 3 mg melatonin tablets in a few drops of DMSO and applying topically twice per day with some promising results. A couple of spots have returned to smooth skin after several weeks of treatment.
