I have Model PSG -2212 jump starter, I don't know exactly how old it is.
I bought it new and charge it up once in a while, it has a sealed lead acid battery. Just found out the battery is replaceable, I believe it has to be at
least 10 years old. Two questions arise, is a lead sealed battery that age,
still reliable is there any definitive test I can do to check if its up to the task?
And what type of battery should I put in, as a replacement.
I have viewed online Gel Batteries, sealed lead acid, Lithium-ion.
I imagine there is nothing this device can't use, the lithium-ion battery
is 156.00 $ price tag being the most expensive buy far. Is it a good Idea to put that type of battery, will it out outlast all other buy far ? Or money wasted,
buy another sealed lead acid battery, for 35 --- 40 Dollars and KISS?
Portable Jump Starter ???????
