free red dye diesel

Found this ad at Paw Fiction and decided to check it out. It's in Atlanta and whoever is GIVING AWAY up to 3,000 GALLONS of red dyed diesel, with whoever must take at least 1,000 and of course, pump it yourself. Didn't know where this one should go, but figured general would be the place to start. If wrong, would someone move it then?
