Question about how the boundary lines work in Florida, if anyone knows.
On one side of our house the property line goes for 26.2 feet. We then have a 6 foot D.U.E (Drainage/Utility Easement). Our neighbor recently put up a fence on that boundary. I measured it to make sure that it wasnt built on our land. I found that the fence isnt on our property but it does go onto the D.U.E.

The question is would she be able to build on the DUE and generally, in FL, would her boundary survey show the same 6 foot space for a DUE? Our houses were built at the same time and by the same builder so the survey should be the same I would think.
Any information you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks.
