I've got my AR narrowed down to a Colt 6601 or Windham HBC ( or similar carbine ). I mentioned in another thread here that we can only have HBAR's here in MD. Of these two options, which would make a better SHTF weapon? Realistically, I will target shoot or hunt with it, but I'd like to know it would be good for defense as well.
