San Fran at critical risk for Earthquake

I wouldn't really call this breaking news as I think most everyone realizes the potential for California to have a huge quake. But... the faults have been slipping according to a study which isn't a good sign.



Researchers have revealed that four heavily populated areas in San Francisco are in danger of an imminent major earthquake.
