How many of you store coconut oil for long-term disaster prep ?
I'm referring to the good stuff : organic, virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed.
How long would an unopened can of this stuff last on my prep shelves ? And does it matter whether it's kept in a plastic or glass jar ?
My local Costco (midwest) has what i think is a pretty decent deal : a 2-pack of its signature Kirkland brand Organic Coc Oil ... $26 for (2) 42oz jars (so about 31c/oz).
