well, the numbers are out. predictions call for 14-16 named typhoons this year in, near, or around the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
checking out the preps with food being the first. using up all the old from last year and replenishing them with new.
checking out all the long term items (water filters, f-a kits, comm's, batteries, etc).
and also checking out the storage containers holding these for any compromises there.
even though the chances of something big hitting near where i am are relatively small, it's best to be prepared as we all know.
