Pulling a tooth

Proper extraction of a tooth requires special tools to ensure that all of it is removed. This isn't counting medication and cleanliness issues. Just grabbing twisting and yanking isn't going to do it.

She could require sutures and/or develop an abscess or a dry socket. Just for starters. Then the wife could require surgery , a dental extraction is cheap compared. A walk in clinic will at least get her some relief from the discomfort.
