i hope these ring a bell to some it's the food i came to love when i lived there.

cook sticky rice let cool as rice cools fry some spam
lay out sheet of nori;seaweed lay 2pcs of spam side by side
mold rice over spam swipe a lil wasabi paste ova rice den
put a slice of pickeled daikon on each end. wet knife so no stick
split in two notha peice diokon on inside ends, done.
some times people put umi japanese pickeled plum in middle of rice
oh fogot when rice cool put couple shakes umi vinegar in rice. mo recipies comming,mahhalo
