Does this tractor attachment exist?

Well I don't really need to scrape or rake the top of the soil. These rocks are buried deep down. It was cheap fill dirt that they put around the house after they built it, and now it's compacted down to near cement hardness.

So I need something that will really dig up the dirt, at least several inches down if not more. I know I could probably do it in several steps with multiple tools, and my failsafe is to just use a pickaxe, a shovel, a sifter and a wheelbarrow. I was just hoping there might be an all in one tool I could rent or something.
