recomendations needed for a handheld spotlight.

I'd like one with:

-atleast 2 settings (blind you a long way away and a "conserve battery" settings)
-rechargeable from a 12V plug
-reach out 2-300feet minimum.

Quality over price, but a good combination of both.

My place is offgrid and I want to stop using my 500 lumen surefire to see when somethings moving at night.

I know we have some flashlight junkies here...
