Newbee Question on BF888s

I have purchased these radios, a programming cable and CHIRPS. I have a GMRS license already. Here is my question:

I want to upgrade the antennas as what is on them from the factory isn't the best from what I have read. What is the best upgrade for them? Do I just look at the highest gain, shortest, best price?
