Earmuff Suggestions

Im looking into earmuffs, and Im not looking to spend a fortune. Im having great success with ear plugs for recreation shooting, however when it comes to hunting I need to be able to hear animals or birds and slip on the muffs quickly.

So even the highly rated "glock" or name brand earmuffs have ratings between 25 - 30 db reduction. And so do these muffs ...

So I was wondering, using my 20 and 12 ga, are those muffs above just fine ?
