Any Comments of Recommendations on this YUGO M70B1?

I'm looking at picking up a YUGO M70B1 full wooden stock. The following is the descripton by the seller. The last two sentences have me concerned. Is there a problem here that could affect performance or get worse over time with usage?

"Late 1987 manufactured Yugo rifle with all matching parts and excellent to new bore. Front end all original including barrel. Custom serial number ordered from Nodak Spud matching excellent kit which retains its original Yugo cosmoline. Receiver was parkerized and could be finished to match original Yugo blueing or left as is for two tone effect. This gun I built with the collector in mind many years ago along with several others that had the receivers custom serialized to match these excellent condition Yugo kits. These were nice as so many kits on the market had barrels that were on their last legs. To be expected as they used corrosive ammo with non-chrome lined barrels. Finding these original barreled guns with excellent to new bores is not something you will find often. One thing to mention is a gall mark on barrel inside the receiver where it scratched during removal. This is from the sharp edge of the barrel pin channel scratching the barrel during removal under high pressure."

I don't build AKs or any other guns and don't have a clue as to the possible ramifications of the last two highlighted statements. Any opinons and recommendations would be welcomed. [

P.S. I don't mind cleaning the cosmoline out of the rifle. Cleaning cosmoline off of dozens of YUGO BHO mags has prepared me for that.

It has a DCI receiver like the Century YUGO M70 B1 builds.
