Health and fitness

I belong to a gym where I jog on a treadmill, do a lot of pull ups, some squats, and try to work out my whole body using both free weights and machines.
In the winter, when work slows, I jog long distance in addition to the above.

I believe in a balanced approach. My pull ups and sit ups seem to help my back.
My goal is to collect all the social security I put in.
