Need to modernize the archaic Senate Red card-Blue card system for appointing federal judges so this crap is curtailed. We don't need activist judges on either sharp pointy end of the ideological bellcurve that make tenuous tortured decisions ignoring case law. Start with the 9th Circuit Court. 82% reversal rate screams judicial misfeasance and malfeasance. Every other court (except DC) averages a 20-25% reversal rate.
