Most effective Camo?

Ok, I have finally narrowed down the Plate Carrier I am going to get, now a question for the masses.

What color phase would be most effective for Wooded / Urban areas?

Coyote

OD

Or something else?

I have ruled out Multi Cam as from the videos I've seen it doesn't seem to be as effective as the others.

I also realize there is no perfect camo for every situation, but I have narrowed my search to the above colors.

I would appreciate any input.
