Supplemental heat for a basement office?

I'm researching supplemental heating options to make my basement office a little more comfortable. I have a new job where I work remotely from home, so I'm in my office from roughly 9AM-5PM. I definitely want to factor in the economics of whatever I choose, both the cost of buying/installing and operation during the cold months. I'm wanting to bring roughly 250 sq ft. from 62-63*F to 68-70*F. The wife and I constantly spar about the thermostat on the main level of the house, so the upstairs rarely goes above 65-66 in the winter, and the basement is 3-5 degrees colder. I wanted to know who might have experience with any/all of these solutions and how they worked:

Electric space heater (fan)
Currently using this and I hate it. The fan is loud (have to turn it off for calls) and I don't enjoy the "breeze". Wife is constantly nagging/asking if I turned it off. This is not an option moving forward.

Electric radiant space heater
No experience but I'm told they work well and are rather silent. The down side I see is taking up floor space and I still need a way to circulate air, but I was planning to install a ceiling fan anyway.

Electric panel (wall mount) heater (link)
No experience but like the idea. 99.99% silent. Nothing to take up floor space and they come with thermostats, and optional programmable timer to turn on/off. The one I linked has a shroud so little hands can't get burned (I have 2 young kids). I would probably need 2 at the rated 475W each to heat the space, plus the ceiling fan to move the air.

Electric, under-floor, radiant heat
I typically see this for small spaces (eg. bathroom) that you are only running long enough to take a shower, not all day. Silent. I have seen it mentioned as an option so thought I would throw it on the list. The flooring in the office (half laminate, half carpet) isn't very good so despite this being the most invasive option, it would be an opportunity to do something nicer. Probably one of the more expensive options.

Gas direct-vent, wall mounted heater
We have natural gas in the house. While I do not love the appearance of most of the wall mounted, direct vent heaters, it could be an option. Mostly silent. Considering I would need to have a gas line run to the office from the opposite end of the basement, this is most likely the most expensive option, but operation costs would be the lowest. This would be a mostly permanent installation. Unvented is not an option.

So if anyone uses any of these methods to heat a space, I would like to hear your feedback!

Thanks!
