I’ve been out of the country for 3 months so I let my medical insurance laps, I had Kaiser for $397/mo just for myself and had my wife under blue cross for another $247. We got back 2 weeks ago and I started looking for a plan, went to some kind of insurance broker page and applied, chose kaiser again because I like their service. We qualified for a federal tax credit that pays $723 of the plan for my wife and I, my monthly out of pocket is only $116!
