Will touching ammo make it dirty?

I was showing off my new toy today and the ammo that goes with it (my brothers are both 9mm striker fans too and never handled a 38sp)

Anywho I would show the round, put it back in the box, make a point later and grab it put again, etc. My brother said touching ammo too much will cause it to go bad more or less due to the oil and sweat off my hands reacting with the metal. I've never thought of that. Any truth behind it or any concerns I should have? They're hirnady critical defense rounds fwiw
