She didn't decide to run for Congress...she just got an acting gig in which she plays the part of someone that did. In first two minutes of video she talks about her brother submitting her and how she got the part out of 10,000 people.

Person that ran her is Alexandra Rojas executive director of Justice Democrats but it goes deeper. So basically she is controlled and is playing a part. Watch the video and learn their plan.
