Hillary has changed!

Is it just me or does hillary look and sound different. I have suspected for a long time now that they had doubles portraying her. Like when she nearly passed out and fell getting in a van, metal braces falling out of her pants suit. Then 1 hour later, after being taken to chelseas apartment, she is out on sidewalk greeting folks. She either got a major speedball shot, or that was a look alike.
Yesterday, giving her speech, she looks/sounds different. Is there anyone here that can do a voice analysis? Maybe facial recognition comparison. I am wondering, truthfully, if she is even still alive!
