McCain was a vet too....

Just saying.

Any vet that wants to disarm the American people is a fool, or a traitor. No third option.

Either way, they need to be kept FAR away from the legislature, and politics in general.

Edited to add...politicians should NEVER be involved in trying to "lead the military".

They should do politics, and when that fails, they should let the military leaders lead the military, and stay the heck out of the way until the job is done. The failure to do that, the failure to let the military fight and win a freaking WAR, is what has caused most of the international issues we have had in the last 65 years.
