Cell phone use prohibited while driving except if held in place by HIJAB

It's about time MN banned cell phone use while driving. I'm surprised it took this long.

Question, if the article just said scarf, as it actually says in the article and not just hijab, would you be upset?

For those who didnt read it, the law actually says “the use of a scarf or hijab or other items of clothing to hold a device in a hands-free manner”.
