Limits On U.S. Coins

He is saying that now if you go to the bank for rolls of coins there is a limit on how much you can get.

The question here is will they get changed over to some new U.S. Treasury type of coin or will they be eliminated all together. I was also wondering if anyone here has checked the weight and value of 4 copper quarters vs. one dollar.
