I've always heard it called the Knock-out Game. The goal being to knock a white person out cold. The victims are white and usually elderly, because the elderly typically can't fight back. I've never heard of a young, healthy male getting knocked out by one of the black perpetrators.

It's the most racist game out there, yet no one is convicted for a hate crime.
