5 Gallon Bucket weight

Question for you guys, I'm planning on getting some 5 gal food safe buckets and was planning on storing rice/beans/sugar/salt/etc. in 5 gallon mylar bags.

How much weight does a 5 gal bucket/mylar bag store? (as in does it hold 25lbs, 50lbs, etc.)

Also are the weights different?
