Sounds like BS to me. Throw a bunch of tax dollars to put on a play pretending to be doing something while focusing on what is known to be a mere symptom of a bigger, deeper problem, with virtually no efforts to actually fix the problem itself. That uptick in violent crime comes from the media and the far left inciting violence, inciting riots, and we know they've been manipulating children as early as grade school to recruit them into these rage gangs.

Not a damn thing is going to be done to stop the root cause, and there never will be.
