I'd rather not say what I will or will not do. I will say this: It's up to me to decide what kind of weapons I need to defend myself and my family. Round count, caliber, bullet type, action and physical size/barrel length are all things that I need to take into account with regard to my needs.
On another note, the current leftist trend of releasing life-sentenced, hardened criminals from prison, and the catch and release no bail system, along with the massive spike in violent crime, coupled with defunding the police, means I must actively defend myself.
