HAM license info in MN

Try to find a local club. They are usually very helpful. Some offer training to help you pass the exams.

Get copies of the study guides by Gordon West or the ones from ARRL. The ARRL website also offers lots of resources for both new and experienced hams.

Start taking some practice exams online. Some are free, others are not. I studied for all three exams on Ham Test Online. It isn't terribly expensive.

I am living proof that you can get an Extra Class license!

Good luck and let us know how this thing goes. I really enjoy ham radio.

There are lots of people on this forum that can help you.
