Need help finding this item

Hello,

I took a wilderness first responder class last year and the instructor had us clean out a wound (dirty pigs foot) with a plastic syringe that had what I think he called a catheder attathed to the tip of the syringe. This item was like a needle, but was a blunt tip. He said it allowed higher water pressure to be directed into the wound for better cleaning. So here are my questions:

1) Where can I find these. I have some 60cc syringes that I want to use for wound irrigation.
2) what gauge tip is should i use
3) are they all universal size, meaning any of the tips will fit my 60cc syringes?
