So are russians goodies or baddies these days?

Well, they are a Christian nation, were an indispensible ally in WWII, and since the Soviet Union fell, have been well behaved.

The crap in the Ukraine, we started I think, so they reacted.

Syria, we tried to overthrow the government there by arming and importing the militant mooselamb guys we were fighting against in Iraq, so again, I think we started it.

We are of course economic and political competitors, but they have behaved as well as can be expected.

We spy on them, they spy on us. We test their defenses and they test ours.
So far it hasn't come to war, so good enough for government work I guess.

I don't think they influenced our election, but if they did have a hand in defeating Hillary, I owe them a case of scotch.

Just my opinion.
