This is being hosted by the Martial Arts Studio that my daughter attends. I thought that it might be be of interest to those within driving distance of the Northern Denver Metro Area.

In the U.S., we live in a culture where guns are ever-present. Whether we like them or not, we need to know how to be safe should we encounter them. This seminar is designed to “demystify” guns and teach you how to be safe around them.

The following topics will be discussed:
• What is a firearm?
• Why are guns dangerous?
• Basic gun safety
• Firearm storage
• Children and guns
• Types of guns
• What now?
