A Marine Dog who served three tours in Iraq with Marines was diagnosed with cancer. His owner, who was with the dog, Cena, for two of the tours, organized a final farewell for him before he was euthanized on the USS LST 393.
Many people dont realize that the working dogs who help the military can be just as affected by what happens as their human counter parts. Very sad story about one of them.
