Reince Priebus the WH Leaker?

Scaramucci's had a wacky (since deleted) tweet about his financial disclosures being leaked and how he is reporting it to the FBI and tagged priebus which seems to implicate priebus. Turns out the forms were not leaked they're publicly available which just makes Scaramucci look stupid.

Then he clarifies in another tweet that he wasn't accusing priebus. Then he gives a long CNN interview where he says senior WH people are the ones leaking and that "the journalists know who the leakers are" and "when I put out that tweet they assumed I was accusing Reince because they know who the the leakers are so if Reince wants to explain he's not a leaker, let him do that" which seems to implicate again.

Scaramucci is a hedge fund guy with some rather liberal views (if his deleted tweets are to be believed)....is he gunning for Priebus' job...or at the very least trying to get him fired? The Chief of Staff being the leaker would be a pretty big thing.
