Other than that, both types of cheese store reasonably well canned with oxygen absorbers, although I wouldn't try to push for 30 years. Buried in the ground, who knows? Depends on how the packaging holds up.
Also, cool is good for cheese, but freezing isn't--it changes the texture (although that wouldn't affect cheese powder). FWIW, the usual way to keep smaller chunks of firm cheeses is to wax them with cheese wax and store somewhere cool.
