Americans working longer, getting sicker, mortality increasing

Yesterday a Hispanic family came and replaced my neighbor's gutters. They spent the entire Sunday as a family putting gutters on someone's house. Dad took measurements, mom rolled seamless gutters off the machine, the 10 year old cut fittings.

There's your competition. You need to work 7 days a week, all day, and your family can work for free to help get more jobs in each week. You want time off? You want a day off? HA! Tell that to the 10 year old that put in 10 hours on a Sunday hanging gutters.

Another 10-20 million "immigrants" and we'll have a permanent underclass established. I'd make sure to plan your education and employment accordingly. But eventually, the higher end jobs will suffer from similar downward pressure.
