Bushmaster M16 A3, used price?

A local gun store has a Bushmaster M16 A3 in stock. It has the removable carry handle, and standard front sight.

If I remember right, asking price is around $500.

Rifle seems to be in ok / good shape. I did not break the rifle down and look at the inside. Just looked at the wear on the outside of the bolt.

No scratches or dents.

It looks like it sat in someones gun safe.

I know Bushmaster has a reputation for making one step above junk. However, the price seems good.

Thoughts?
