President Trump Pulls the Plug on Obama Care

The fact is that Obama had no right to authorize subsidies for the Affordable Care Act. Only Congress has that right.

So, in effect, the government has been stealing taxpayers money since the implementation of Obama Care and the insurance companies have been receiving illegal funds.

Bravo, President Trump, for bringing back the rule of law to the federal government!

In a separate statement, the White House said the government cannot legally continue to pay the so-called cost-sharing subsidies because they lack a formal authorization by Congress. Officials said a legal opinion from the Justice Department supports that conclusion..."
