Plenty of food waste to get put to use.
While I don't need any leaves, or bagels, or coffee grounds.
( we generate enough on our own for a small garden)
I did know a hobby farmer that used to have an arrangement with a national bakery chain outlet. He'd get a truckload of out of date stuff. Mostly for his pigs.
